Illuminati Lost Seeds – Return and Cancellation Policy

14-Day Right of Return
At Illuminati Lost Seeds, we offer you the possibility to request a return within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please notify us of your cancellation by email at info@illuminatilostseeds.com. Returns can only be sent to the following address:

DS Trade Gmbh, AT-1020, Vienna, Obere Donaustrasse 15/5.

Return conditions:
– The returned goods must be in their original condition: unopened, unused, undamaged, with all tags and in the original packaging.
– Proof of purchase or another form of purchase verification is required.
– All costs for returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
– Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.

Refund:
After successful inspection of the return, the value of the goods will be credited in the form of a store voucher, which you can redeem for future purchases in our webshop. A cash payout or bank transfer is not possible.

Exceptions and exclusions:
Returns are excluded for certain items, in particular:
– perishable goods (live plants, food),
– custom-made or personalized items,
– opened, used, or damaged goods,
– discounted/sale items,
– gift vouchers.

In case of damage or problems:
Please take photos of the package and the product immediately after receiving the parcel, and contact us at info@illuminatilostseeds.com. Photo documentation helps us to quickly check and resolve the problem.
